Addition!

Kindergarten is learning how to add! We started our unit off with visuals and songs. For example Morah took two students and said one more came to play, how many are there now? We also used various items from our classroom to count and add.

After a while went by of working with visuals, Morah slowly introduced number's into the addition. Below the children took objects to count and figure out the example on the index cards.

Below the children are introduced to an addition game that we will use in the classroom for centers.
