On the last day of school, Kindergarten conducted a model seder to get us all into the Pesach mood and make sure we all knew each of its 15 steps.
Mrs Khaimov kindly assisted us together with Morah Ariella Weg. Each student used their very own hagadah and had their very own seder plate. The classroom was set up so beautifully for us, thank you so much!!
'Job Cards' were distributed and each kindergarten friend had a turn to lead a different part of the seder.

The candles in our hagadah are real - we folded our own silver candle sticks and they actually come off the page.
Kindergarten held up them up as the big candles were lit at the front of the room.

The seder plate has symbolic foods which remind us of the Pesach story. We looked at the seder plate in our hagdah, read the labels and then looked at the real seder plate on the table in front of us.
Karpas...
Karpas is the third step of the seder, we wash our hands without a bracha first, then dip a vegetable in salt water and make a bracha.

Yachats - this means breaking the middle matzah. Half of it is hidden away as the afikoman to be found later...
We followed along during all the 15 steps an enjoyed tasting all the special seder food!! See more pictures below.
