Counting and Recognizing Numbers

In math we are reviewing numbers as well as building up our skills to count and recognize higher numbers. We are also working on number writing practice.

We also work with Montessori manipulative's. Below the children are working with a number hanger for number beads, a hundreds board with number tiles and number rods with tiles. 
The hundreds board has a hundred boxes with number tiles to place in order. Right now we did 1-20.

Below the children are working with number rods. They took a tile with a number on it, then had to find the rod with the same amount of boxes and match them up.

Below are the number hangers with the number beads. The hanger has 1-10 written on it. The children counted the beads and hung the line of beads on the hook under the correct number.
