The Human Body-The Brain

Kindergarten started our new science unit, The Human Body. We began our unit learning all about the brain. We know the brain is the remote control for our body. It controls everything. We also learned our skull protects our brain. Morah read a book to us all about it.

After we made a project to hang in out room! The children were given a paper plate where they glued down a paper brain. They then decorated the plate with details so it would resemble them. The children glued brown or yellow yarn to resemble their hair color and colored eyes to match their eye color. They came out wonderful!
